Krisztian Pivarnyik

Pivarnyik Law Firm has been established in 2022 by Krisztian J. Pivarnyik Attorney at Law. The firm is located in Miami, Florida and has a European partner office in Budapest, Hungary.

Mr. Pivarnyik has graduated from Boston University (B.A. Political Science) in 2018 and obtained his law degree from University of Miami School of Law in 2021. He also obtained a Masters Degree in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from Frost School of Music at the University of Miami. Mr.Pivarnyik also completed a university program at the Technische Universitat Dresden, Germany. He serves as the Global Alumni Ambassador for Boston University in the Miami area and in Hungary, and is a member of the prestigious Bar and Gavel Honors Society at the University of Miami School of Law.

Mr.Pivarnyik has been working with an Immigration Clinic / Legal Aid Organization at the University of Miami, providing pro bono legal services to immigrants, mainly focusing on asylum cases, deportation defense and green card petitions.

Mr. Pivarnyik has also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Miami School of Law, teaching US Constitutional Law for first year law students at the university. He simultaneously serves as Of Counsel and Executive Manager at Pivarnyikne Dr Juhasz Law Firm in Budapest, Hungary, handling the American and international legal matters of the firm.

Mr.Pivarnyik also worked with a Coral Gables, Florida law firm for a year, handling contract law, intellectual property, family law and immigration matters for the Florida community. Mr. Pivarnyik assists clients in a wide range of legal areas, and speaks English, Hungarian, Spanish and German. Mr. Pivarnyik has diligently represented immigrants in front of USCIS and the immigration court in a wide range of US states, and in front of US consulates abroad.

Mark P. Miskolczi

The firm’s founding partner, Mark P. Miskolczi has a diverse and extensive background in the general practice of civil litigation, mainly concentrating in the areas of general liability, premises liability, and products liability as well as immigration, Estate planning & Probate, contract disputes, and areas of family law. Prior to founding Pivarnyik Miskolczi Law Firm, Mr. Miskolczi worked as an attorney practicing at one of the most successful and fastest growing defense firms in the United States with offices in Miami, New York and Los Angeles. Mr. Miskolczi’s dedication to his clients reaches far beyond the realm of the cases he tries as he takes each case personally and ensures that his clients are provided for in every way possible. Mr. Miskolczi is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, State of California, District of Columbia, as well as in the Nations Federal Courts.

Mr. Miskolczi was born in the United States to first generation immigrants from Hungary. He has spent a majority of his life in the United States and Hungary, as well as stints in Spain and the Netherlands. Due to such a varied history, he was exposed to a variety of nationalities and immigrants from all walks of life. Since then, Mr. Miskolczi has grown a passion for focusing on areas of immigration law, including visa application, naturalization N-400, Citizenship Applicaiton, investor visa, EB5, Citizenship, Permanent Resident, Green Card I-485, Marriage, and Employment Authorization I-9. Not only does Mr. Miskolczi derive professional satisfaction from watching clients flourish with the new found stability and security that comes from having legal status in the UNited States, he also believe there is ample room to educate about the realities and complexities of the U.S immigration System.
